GitHub High-Star Optimizer v1.0.0 — evidence-led publishing, zero code changes

An initial public release of a Codex Skill that improves how an existing GitHub project is presented, understood, localized, and launched without changing product code.

Current limitations

  • The Skill improves publishing quality but does not guarantee Stars, Trending placement, adoption, or launch rank.
  • Localized READMEs were generated for this release and have not yet been reviewed by fluent human reviewers; the English README is canonical.
  • GitHub and external community rules can change and must be rechecked before future publishing actions.

Install

Clone the repository, then copy the inner github-high-star-optimizer directory into the Skills directory configured for your Codex environment.
