Contributing

General Rules

• Keep PRs as small as reasonably possible and specific to the task at hand.
• PRs must reference an existing github issue. If you don't see a github issue for your work, submit one. Your PR will be reviewed against the github issue before it is merged.

Fixing Bugs

• Submit a PR referencing an existing bug in the github issues.

Developing New Features

• When you develop a new feature for this system, the requirements of that feature must be submitted as a github issue and approved before the PR is merged. It is highly recommended that you have this reviewed BEFORE you start on any development work.
• A PR should cover a specific feature, not a group of features. Separate features require separate PRs.
