docuchat v0.3.0 — Connectors, one-click updates, faster first answers

Connect your tools (28 live integrations)

Paste a key from the service and your documents flow into the Document Hub
automatically, with source, author, and dates kept on every item. Live now:
Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, tl;dv, MeetGeek, Avoma, Grain, Jiminny, Rev AI,
Sonix, Trint, Happy Scribe, Zoom, Webex, Notion, Confluence, Airtable, Coda,
ClickUp, monday.com, Asana, Gmail (via app-password label import), Slack,
Nextcloud, ShareFile, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive.

  • Every key is tested before it is stored, stored encrypted on your Mac, and
    deleted the moment you disconnect.
  • Imports are pull-only: documents flow in, nothing about your files goes out.
    The security page lists every network call the app can make.
  • One-time import or keep-in-sync (checks every 30 minutes).
  • Each connector shows exactly where to create your key, step by step.

One-click updates

When a new version is available, one click above Billing downloads it, verifies
the code signature, installs, and relaunches. Any failure leaves your current
version untouched.

Faster first answers

The embedding model now stays warm and preloads at launch, and the system
prompt is cached ahead of your first question, removing the after-idle stall
before answers start.

Document Hub

Drop a whole folder (or click "Upload an entire folder…") and everything
inside files itself into the matter. Supported types now shown accurately.

Reliability fix (important)

Fixed a bug where a failed Keychain read could silently replace the app's
master encryption key, permanently orphaning encrypted data. The app now
refuses to proceed on ambiguous Keychain failures and never overwrites an
existing key. If you use encrypted storage, update.

Honesty pass on the integration catalog

Every listed integration was re-verified against the vendor's current API.
Services that cannot actually deliver your documents were removed instead of
being listed as "coming"; services that need a registered app (Google,
Microsoft, Clio, Read AI) are labeled exactly that.
