Solweaver v0.2.0 makes delegation an explicit choice. Sol can now work alone, work alone with an independent review gate, or lead bounded Terra and Luna workers.

Highlights

  • Adds four execution modes: auto, solo, solo-reviewed, and team.
  • Makes auto the default; invoking Solweaver no longer implies that Terra or Luna must be spawned.
  • Guarantees that solo keeps planning, implementation, verification, and delivery entirely with Sol.
  • Adds solo-reviewed for Sol-only implementation followed by a fresh read-only Sol reviewer per verified review round.
  • Makes team mode require at least one bounded Terra or Luna implementation worker.
  • Separates execution mode from standard and strict assurance.
  • Prevents plain solo from claiming independent strict acceptance.
  • Adds execution-mode fields to worker and reviewer task contracts.
  • Refreshes UI metadata, usage examples, safety guidance, and the workflow diagram.
  • Extends repository validation to protect all four mode contracts.

New usage

Default adaptive routing:

$solweaver
Goal: implement and verify this feature.

Guaranteed Sol-only execution:

$solweaver
Use solo mode.
Goal: fix the validation bug and add a focused regression test.

Sol-only implementation with an independent final gate:

$solweaver
Use solo-reviewed mode.
Goal: update the authorization boundary and verify the affected behavior.

Explicit delegation:

$solweaver
Use team mode.
Goal: implement and verify this feature.

Install

git clone --branch v0.2.0 https://github.com/jay7793/solweaver.git
cd solweaver
python3 scripts/install.py

For an existing installation, update the Solweaver skill directory and merge the relevant examples/AGENTS.md changes instead of overwriting unrelated global configuration. Restart Codex or open a new task afterward.
