Solweaver v0.9.0 — Bundled TDD
What changed
- Bundles the upstream
test-driven-developmentskill andwriting-good-tests.md, pinned byte-for-byte toobra/superpowerscommitb36e0829c6d0140e93cfef2ca599b1b07d4a7797with Jesse Vincent MIT attribution. - Installs Solweaver and TDD together, backs up customized destinations, migrates legacy Codex skill copies, and rejects partial destination conflicts.
- Routes features, bug fixes, refactors, and behavior changes through observed RED-GREEN-REFACTOR while keeping Solweaver as the orchestration and assurance owner.
- Carries TDD applicability, test seams, and RED/GREEN/REFACTOR evidence through worker, ledger, readiness, and reviewer contracts.
- Binds the installed TDD skill, license, and provenance into delivery manifests.
Validation
- TDD tests observed expected RED failures for missing installer and integrity-validator behavior before implementation.
- Source package and isolated install/upgrade/migration validation passed.
- Installed-copy integrity and source parity passed.
- Delivery manifest:

Solweaver v0.8.0 — Convergent Final-Strict
What changed
- Improves final-strict convergence with a one-call target, a three-call default ceiling for new units, and one bounded same-attempt metadata closure.
- Adds a SHA-256-bound machine readiness validator for the ledger, attempt journal, review packet, candidate manifest, and delivery manifest.
- Adds explicit owner-accepted release authority for unchanged parent-completed candidates while preserving final-strict-not-achieved status and delta-classified risk.
- Adds persisted child-runtime evidence extraction with package-owned role mappings, ordinal-less historical rollout support, and missed-runtime terminal correction.
- Defers repository-wide verify, full E2E, and full Compose rehearsals to the frozen candidate boundary while keeping focused checks during edit cycles.
Validation
- Source package validation passed.
- Installed-copy validation and source parity passed.
- GitHub Actions Validate run 32686283956 passed for commit 4f5d124.
Solweaver v0.7.0 — Adaptive Execution
What changed
- Restores adaptive
auto,solo,solo-reviewed, andteamexecution. - Uses standard assurance for ordinary low-risk work without mandatory workers, ledgers, or reviewers.
- Escalates to final-strict assurance for explicit requests and high-risk boundaries.
- Adds a concrete delegation-benefit gate and prefers one worker unless disjoint lanes can progress concurrently.
- Preserves runtime identity checks, durable reviewer reservation, bounded review budgets, and parent recovery safeguards.
- Updates repository and installed-copy validation to prevent mandatory ceremony from being reintroduced.
Validation
python3 scripts/validate.pygit diff --check
Solweaver v0.6.0 — Team-Only Final-Strict
Highlights
- Breaking workflow change: Solweaver now has one execution contract, mandatory team execution.
- Every task requires at least one bounded Terra or Luna implementation lane while Sol remains the parent orchestrator and integrator.
- Removes auto, solo, solo-reviewed, and standard assurance from the public skill, documentation, packets, examples, smoke test, and validators.
- Makes final-strict assurance mandatory for every task, including small and single-file changes, with one fresh read-only reviewer at the declared assurance boundary.
- Keeps the parent model on gpt-5.6-sol while accepting any runtime-supported parent reasoning effort; package-owned workers and the reviewer remain pinned to max.
- Preserves durable assurance-unit identity, atomic reviewer-call reservation, bounded default and extended review budgets, and truthful parent-completion versus independent-attestation status.
- Updates UI metadata, global-policy examples, installation validation, and legacy-workflow rejection checks.
Upgrade
git pull
python3 scripts/install.py --upgrade
Restart Codex or open a new task after upgrading.
Verification note
Repository validation, the official skill validator, installed-copy validation, source/install parity, and diff checks passed. A restarted or new-task runtime smoke was not run in this publish task, so this release is not described as runtime-certified.
Solweaver v0.5.0 — Durable Runtime Assurance
Highlights
- Keeps Solweaver project-neutral and keeps small documentation-only work local without unnecessary worker, reviewer, phase, or ledger creation.
- Verifies Sol, Terra, Luna, and final-strict reviewer runtimes from platform-provided
turn_contextinstead of configured TOML or model self-report. - Adds durable assurance-unit identity, bounded default review budgets, atomic reviewer-call reservation, concurrent-attempt protection, and closed-generation rejection.
- Separates review exhaustion from parent recovery so work completion, acceptance, blockers, and independent attestation remain truthful and independently reported.
- Reconciles staged, unstaged, and untracked candidate paths and binds reproducible delivery and runtime-evidence manifests into the frozen candidate.
- Strengthens universal re-review gates, finding-origin classification, runtime-availability closure, adversarial readiness, and post-phase retrospectives.
- Resolves installer paths through intermediate symlinks and rejects source/write or write/write overlaps before backup, migration, or installation mutation.
- Expands repository, installed-copy, isolated-upgrade, concurrency, manifest, and runtime-smoke validation.
Upgrade
git pull
python3 scripts/install.py --upgradeRestart Codex or open a new task after upgrading. Runtime certification for each installation still requires observed platform turn_context model and effort metadata.
Assurance note
The development runtime-smoke contract passed and all addressable findings were fixed. Both bounded final-strict reviewer calls returned fix-first, so this release is parent-completed and is not represented as independently ship-attested.
Solweaver v0.4.0 — Bounded Final-Strict
Highlights
- Makes final-strict the only independent-review assurance path.
- Keeps Parent Sol verification at every checkpoint and reviews the complete cumulative batch at the final boundary.
- Hard-caps reviewer executions at two calls per batch, including runtime-mismatched or unusable attempts that begin execution.
- Stops review after call two and lets Parent Sol reconcile, fix, and verify the authorized task to transparent parent-completed status without requesting user direction merely because review budget ended.
- Preserves honest assurance reporting with final-strict-not-achieved when no valid reviewer ship exists.
- Keeps deploy, merge, release, real-money, destructive-migration, and other protected external actions outside inferred authority.
- Expands contracts, smoke coverage, installed validation, and upgrade checks for the new flow.
Upgrade
git pull
python3 scripts/install.py --upgradeRestart Codex or open a new task after upgrading. Runtime certification still requires observed turn_context model and effort metadata.
Solweaver v0.3.0 — Verified Runtime & Review Gates
Highlights
- Verifies every package-owned child from session turn_context metadata before accepting worker reports or reviewer verdicts.
- Requires Terra Max for terra_worker, Luna Max for luna_worker, and Sol Max for solweaver_reviewer.
- Preserves shared-worktree changes when worker identity is missing or mismatched while refusing to count the lane as correctly routed.
- Rejects strict-review verdicts when reviewer model or effort cannot be verified.
- Adds a fix-first closure matrix and pauses for design/acceptance reconciliation after two consecutive fix-first verdicts.
- Adds an installed-skill validator, restarted-task runtime smoke test, isolated CI installation checks, and backup-on-upgrade support.
Gate scope
Runtime identity intentionally checks only turn_context.model and turn_context.effort. Agent self-reports, task labels, UI names, and configured sandbox values are not runtime proof.
Review-loop safety
A fresh reviewer still inspects the complete diff independently. Review count never permits shipping: strict acceptance always requires ship from a fresh runtime-verified reviewer. Consequential product, architecture, or acceptance ambiguity is escalated instead of looping or lowering the review bar.
Upgrade
Pull the latest repository and run python3 scripts/install.py --upgrade. Existing non-identical Solweaver files are backed up before replacement. Restart Codex or open a new task after upgrading.
Solweaver v0.2.0 — Solo or Team
Solweaver v0.2.0 makes delegation an explicit choice. Sol can now work alone, work alone with an independent review gate, or lead bounded Terra and Luna workers.
Highlights
- Adds four execution modes: auto, solo, solo-reviewed, and team.
- Makes auto the default; invoking Solweaver no longer implies that Terra or Luna must be spawned.
- Guarantees that solo keeps planning, implementation, verification, and delivery entirely with Sol.
- Adds solo-reviewed for Sol-only implementation followed by a fresh read-only Sol reviewer per verified review round.
- Makes team mode require at least one bounded Terra or Luna implementation worker.
- Separates execution mode from standard and strict assurance.
- Prevents plain solo from claiming independent strict acceptance.
- Adds execution-mode fields to worker and reviewer task contracts.
- Refreshes UI metadata, usage examples, safety guidance, and the workflow diagram.
- Extends repository validation to protect all four mode contracts.

Solweaver v0.1.0 — Adaptive Assurance
Solweaver v0.1.0 is the first formal release of the practical Sol-led Codex software team.
Highlights
- Adds adaptive standard and strict assurance modes.
- Adds a fresh read-only GPT-5.6 Sol reviewer for high-risk changes.
- Keeps GPT-5.6 Terra Max as the default judgment-heavy worker.
- Keeps GPT-5.6 Luna Max for narrow and high-throughput assignments.
- Introduces complete worker and strict-review task contracts.
- Distinguishes observed, configured, and unverified runtime evidence.
- Standardizes strict verdicts as ship, fix-first, or rethink.
- Uses the current spawned-agent concurrency key with a default cap of 2.
- Expands installer and CI validation for the reviewer and assurance contracts.
Safety
Sol remains responsible for planning, integration, verification, and delivery. The skill does not authorize deployment, production mutation, commits, pushes, pull requests, or merges without explicit user approval.
Verification
- Repository validator passed.
- Skill Creator validation passed for source and installed copies.
- Temporary clean installation passed.
- GitHub Actions Validate passed on the release commit.
