Solweaver v0.9.0 — Bundled TDD

What changed

• Bundles the upstream test-driven-development skill and writing-good-tests.md, pinned byte-for-byte to obra/superpowers commit b36e0829c6d0140e93cfef2ca599b1b07d4a7797 with Jesse Vincent MIT attribution.
• Installs Solweaver and TDD together, backs up customized destinations, migrates legacy Codex skill copies, and rejects partial destination conflicts.
• Routes features, bug fixes, refactors, and behavior changes through observed RED-GREEN-REFACTOR while keeping Solweaver as the orchestration and assurance owner.
• Carries TDD applicability, test seams, and RED/GREEN/REFACTOR evidence through worker, ledger, readiness, and reviewer contracts.
• Binds the installed TDD skill, license, and provenance into delivery manifests.

Validation

• TDD tests observed expected RED failures for missing installer and integrity-validator behavior before implementation.
• Source package and isolated install/upgrade/migration validation passed.
