Implements Redstone Pickaxe and associated Tunneling Event to dig in a 3x3 area on the plane the player is facing; it will mine blocks with the BASE_STONE_OVERWORLD and BASE_STONE_NETHER tags. The recipe matrix is as follows: ["diamond, redstone, diamond", ", stick, ", ", stick, "]. It can be enchanted with the typical pickaxe enchantments, as well as be upgraded to netherite quality.
