BREAKING CHANGES

• open access is gone. An install that ran in it gets the default admin, whose
  password is in the log of the first start after the upgrade. The auth mode variable is no longer read.

  recipes; saved queries declare a shape instead of how they show; threads
  carry queries instead of recipes; the query preview takes data and a chart.
