Dependabot was configured for github-actions only, so nothing watched the Python dependencies. That was tolerable while ruff and mypy floated, but now that they are pinned it is a trap: the pins would never move and the tooling would silently rot. Add the uv ecosystem, grouped into a single monthly PR to match the github-actions entry. uv.lock is gitignored here; Dependabot updates the pyproject.toml constraints and skips lockfile regeneration when no lockfile is committed.
