HingeGlass 1.1.0

  • Added a Glass background toggle for the control window using native macOS visual effects.
  • Added System, Light and Dark appearance options, saved between launches.
  • Respects macOS Reduce transparency with a solid background fallback.
  • Kept the lid effect, sensor sampling and live desktop processing unchanged.

Download HingeGlass-1.1.0-macOS-arm64.zip. Requires macOS 14 or later and an Apple silicon MacBook with a compatible lid-angle sensor. The build is ad hoc signed and not Apple-notarized. Desktop mode needs Screen & System Audio Recording permission; macOS may request permission again after updating.

The effect adapts Macbook_Duo_Effect by Ruixiang Huang under MIT. Full third-party notices are included.
