This patch release fixes a bug in the Claude PR review workflow that was causing duplicate verdict postings.

Bug Fixes

  • Claude PR Review: Fixed an issue where the fallback mechanism was double-posting the verdict comment on pull requests. The workflow now correctly posts the verdict only once, even when fallback logic is triggered.
