Custom apt Package Installation for PR Review Runners (#55)

Callers can now specify additional apt packages to install on the runner before the review workflow executes. This is useful when the review process depends on language-specific tooling or other system dependencies.

Claude PR Review: Delegation When No Skill Matches (#54)

The claude-pr-review workflow now detects when none of its configured skills cover the domain of the submitted diff and delegates appropriately, rather than producing a low-confidence or empty review. This prevents unhelpful feedback on out-of-scope changes.

Claude PR Review: Ranked Summary with Visible Verdict (#52)

Review summaries now display a clear, visible verdict at the top, with supporting context collapsed to reduce noise. This makes it faster to understand the overall review outcome without scrolling through detail.

Tag Prefix Support for Monorepos (ai-release) (#48)

The ai-release workflow accepts a new tag_prefix input, enabling repositories that manage multiple independently-versioned artifacts to scope release tags per artifact (e.g., backend/v1.2.0, frontend/v1.0.3).
