Desktop App showing white screen with large image manipulation on all platforms

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the desktop app.
2. The app either only shows a white screen or shows images for a second before flashing blank white.
3. Quitting does not work, force quit required.
4. The app says it is completely updated.

Expected behavior
To open the app and continue to use my diagram.

Was there a resolution to this that triggered the closure?

The original post didn't include the most basic of information, like version and so was closed.

Understandable. Unfortunately, I was unable to include that information on the ticket because the desktop app opens and was immediately frozen on a blank white screen, making it impossible to capture any identifiable data from the menus.

Today I was able to open it briefly, but then once again it froze, blanking out the entire window.

I updated my Docker Desktop and the issue resolved itself.

Didn't know there was any dependency between draw.io App and Docker.

I'm using the iOS downloaded version so Docker likely won't help me. Any ideas?
