Rename the Obsidian plugin to Simple Sync (0.3.0)

The Obsidian community directory rejects plugin names derived from
"Obsidian", so the plugin is now "Simple Sync" with id simple-sync.
The server keeps its ObsiSync name; web texts that point at the plugin,
the downloadable ZIP and the release asset use the new name.
