Rename to SimpleSync (plugin id simplesync, 0.3.2)

"Simple Sync" is too close to an existing plugin name, so every
user-visible name becomes SimpleSync, the plugin id becomes simplesync
and repository links point to jirkacepelka/SimpleSync.
