Version 1.1.0 publishes the normalized-scale mathematics and the bounded
Riemann-zeta/DQPT application developed in PR #3.

Mathematical framework

  • Adds certified directed comparison families over finite BSC systems and
    normalized profiles $L_N=A_N/Z_N$.
  • Proves normalization collapse, additive logarithmic-rate signatures,
    normalization covariance, lower-margin stability, exceptional-set and slice
    visibility, contour-certified analytic zero transfer, multiplicity-aware
    root transfer, and exact finite decision bounds.
  • Adds a DQPT interpretation certificate that separates a mathematical
    rate singularity from a physical infinite-system phase claim.
  • Keeps the eight-field BSC morphism tuple unchanged and records full
    quantum-morphism composition as open claim BSC-QOP-03.

Riemann-zeta/DQPT instance

  • Retains the exact finite alternating-sum identity and explicit eta-tail
    control.
  • Proves the fixed-$s$ exponent/rate split, ambient and fixed-$\beta$
    singular sets, bounded contour zero-count transfer, and local
    multiplicity-dependent root drift under the stated hypotheses.
  • Records the five-qubit NMR report as one source-reported study without
    claiming a local replay, replication, exact-zero measurement, or hardware
    benchmark.
  • Adds documentary Fixture F9 and synchronized claim/status ledgers.

Evidence boundary

This release does not prove the Riemann Hypothesis. It does not infer an
exact zero from finite-resolution data, a thermodynamic DQPT from a finite
experiment, an independent physical origin of RH, a unique Kelvin
temperature, or an end-to-end quantum advantage. Those promotions remain
blocked, conditional, untested, or open as recorded claim by claim.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21541160. These immutable tagged bytes do not
pre-claim a version-specific DOI before a new Zenodo deposit exists. The
