Maut code v1.0.8 — branded light + clean tabs

Light mode now actually feels like Maut Light — chrome (sidebar / statusbar / titlebar / borders) carries a subtle accent tint mixed into the cream, so the UI reads as branded instead of "VS Code Light Modern with a red border".

• Bumped chrome contrast and mixed ~4–8% accent into chrome / border surfaces.
• New default light tint (#fbf6ec) — warmer paper tone. Fresh installs get this; existing installs keep their saved tint but still get the new chrome formula.
• Studio tab buttons dropped the muddy 'EDIT' subtitle (was rendering low-contrast on the red active state). Tab UI is now Light / Dark with the active one highlighted in solid red, white text, hard-coded foreground so it can't render as dim-on-red.
