Checksum mismatch for v0.4.5

Hello, this is a homebrew maintainer and we have noticed that the source tarball of v0.4.5 has changed.

I think it is related to the multiple runs of github action,

and we want to make sure this is intended changes or not.

Correct, I have been making changes to the CICD pipeline, so I tagged multiple times the release 0.4.5. I am still making changes but I will keep the tag v0.4.5 as it is and will continue to develop. I expect things to be more stable in release 0.4.6. Thank you for following up!

OK that is confirmed. If you don't mind, can you use a dev tag like v0.4.5-dev or not publish it to the github latest, then maybe we can filter it. As-is, it is hard to update as a downstream.
