Mailcal 1.0.0 beta 2

Second beta.

New

• Reminders: pick one when adding or editing an event (at the time of the event, 30 min, 1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or 2 weeks before). Saved in the event on mailbox.org, and the phone shows a notification with the default sound when it's due, including reminders set in mailbox.org's web calendar.
• Background refresh about every 30 minutes when online, so events added elsewhere arrive without opening the app. Only calendars that changed are downloaded.
• The agenda shows end times.
• Menus no longer bring the keyboard back up.

Permissions added: notifications (asked the first time you pick a reminder), exact alarms and start at boot, for reminders.

Install: adb install -r mailcal-1.0.0-beta.2.apk (updates the first beta in place; you stay signed in).
