BrainShift 0.5.6 beta

This is the unified beta release for the Mac app, Linux app, and VS Code extension. Install whichever interface you want first; they share BrainShift history and settings on the same computer.

See the repository README for prerequisites, installation, usage, privacy, and removal instructions.

The Mac app supports Apple silicon with macOS 15 or later and is not notarized. The Linux build targets x86_64 with a RHEL 9.8 build baseline. Updates remain manual during the beta.
