BrainSelector beta

Documentation-only update: the shared README no longer includes a BrainSelector release number or version-pinned download links. App behavior is unchanged.

Upgrading from BrainShift

Install BrainSelector once from these downloads or the VS Code Marketplace. The old updater may reject the renamed repository's download addresses. Disable the old BrainShift extension before enabling BrainSelector. Existing history and settings are retained. Finish active tasks and reopen clients after updating.

macOS: Apple Silicon, macOS 15+. The app is ad-hoc signed; if first launch is blocked, use System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway. Linux: x86_64, EL9 build baseline; Linux desktop-client routing remains experimental.
