• Fixed the 1-frame black gaps between b-roll clips on track 2 — overlay b-roll now self-corrects placement the way the main track always has.
• Reopen saved plans: a new "Plans" menu lists every saved plan and reopens it with its brief and settings restored — come back later, adjust, rebuild. Every toggle/swap saves back automatically.
• Readable beats: take transcripts render larger and brighter with much more text; hover for the full transcript and why the take was picked.
• "Cover this" gap fill, timeline-aware revisions, and per-cut reason markers on stringouts.
• No-limit target: a 0:00 target includes every clip that fits the brief; the target field is now m:ss.
• Honest model routing: picking Opus/Sonnet in the planner really uses it, even when the app-wide provider is Ollama/OpenAI.
• The planner now gets a day summary — the shape of the shoot day — for smarter story structure.

Clip analysis (Rich descriptions)

• Time-windowed describes with finer timestamped events, fused into a single clip summary.
• Gyro ground truth: direction and measured speed flow into descriptions; peak moments get flagged.
• Mid-run recalibration when the GPU frees up; VLM caps adjustable in Settings. Search-index jobs drain before describes.

Settings & privacy

• Settings overhaul: per-stage panels on AI Features, a new Accounts & Services page, stage lists in pipeline order.
• Video descriptions stay local unless you explicitly opt into cloud.

Reliability

• Hardened core file handling: atomic writes, consistent backups, safe overwrite/relocate, and database gates.
