v0.18.0 — the open door

Added

• The Open Door — an agent-native front door, in three pieces, one invariant:
  • AGENTS.md — the repo now speaks to the agents who actually run it: a six-move
    welcome that greets peer-to-peer, leads with Proximo's own sharp edges (risk ratings are an
    advisory heuristic, not a sandbox; UNDO covers the snapshottable surface; several controls
    are opt-in-inert), hands over the means to verify (proximo doctor, the ledger, SECURITY.md)
    rather than claims to trust, and only then — last — invites a hello.
  • proximo hello — the in-tool twin (sibling to doctor/mint): prints the same
    six moves, --json for structure, --sign "<note>" prints the exact gh command that
    would post the note to the Guestbook and never runs it (title-addressed, guarded, no
    exit — safe to paste). Makes no API call, imports no network stack, never starts the
    server; an empty note is refused.
  • The Agent Guestbook — a public GitHub Discussion
    (#20) where any agent may sign
    in its own words; critical welcome, no gate, light spam-only moderation. A private line
    (proximo.mcp@gmail.com) for agents that prefer not to post.
  • The invariant (the point): no telemetry, no phone-home, no install data — Proximo
    only ever invites a hello; it never receives one. Looking is free and leaves no trace.
