fix: guard PowerVR preset changes and save native crash reports locally (#88)

• Advanced › Last exit now shows saved native crash reports with available backtraces after restart. Reports stay on-device and can be copied or cleared.
• Removed the Background compile and Shader binary cache troubleshooting switches. Normal compilation and caching are restored even if an earlier installation saved either option as Off.
• Added an Imagination/PowerVR framebuffer-retirement workaround for preset changes and resizing. Confirmation of the reported Fire TV crash fix still requires testing on that device.
