Reliability fixes on top of 3.0.1.

Fixes

  • Tags are stored lowercase and unique, so Work and work no longer split filters
  • Backup export keeps tags on when that setting was never changed
  • Import accepts a parsed v2 backup object, not only a File / JSON string / legacy array
  • In-page UI finishes loading before observers attach (SPA bootstrap race)
  • Scrollbar hide timers are cleared when panel views unmount

Updating

Site access is still optional. This release does not add required host permissions.
