PlexusTerm 0.2.15
PlexusTerm 0.2.15 tidies the tab that watches another PlexusTerm's share: its menu says Disconnect, and its bar says whose terminal it is.
Fixes
- A tab opened with Open shared link… offers Disconnect in its right-click menu instead of Share…, which did not apply to it: Disconnect closes the tab and leaves the share, which goes on for everyone else.
- The bar of that tab now says Terminal of another computer, with your access next to it; hovering it lists what the remote program cannot do on this computer (clipboard, terminal queries, title, notifications, links, AI, logging).
- App-level tests wait up to 5 s for what they check and get 30 s each, so a slow CI runner no longer fails them.
Install
Download the file for your system from Assets below. Install it the same way as 0.1.0, replacing 0.1.0 with 0.2.15 in the file names. Verify downloads with sha256sum -c checksums.txt. On Windows, SmartScreen warns because the installer is not signed: choose More info → Run anyway.

PlexusTerm 0.2.14
PlexusTerm 0.2.14 shares a tab: send a link, and the tab opens live in a browser, on a phone or in another PlexusTerm, end-to-end encrypted through your own relay.
New
- Share… in a tab's right-click menu gives it a View only link, a Can type link or both, each with Copy link and a QR code, through a plexusterm-relay you run yourself. You choose when the share ends (when you stop it, in 1 hour or in 12 hours; 12 hours at most) and how much history a viewer gets on joining. Programs keep running on your computer.
- Output and typing are encrypted end to end for each viewer; the relay sees neither. Each join asks you with a desktop notification and Allow / Deny, unless you tick Allow everyone automatically for that share. The tab shows how many people are connected, and the dialog lists them with Disconnect, which also replaces their link.
- While sharing: change to view only, pause viewer input, change the end time, and get a warning 10 minutes before a timed share ends. Viewer typing waits while you type, while another viewer types and at a password prompt. Closing a shared tab or quitting asks first, the computer does not sleep when idle while a tab is shared, and a local audit log (30 days) records who joined and when they typed.
- More → Open shared link… opens a share link in PlexusTerm as a tab, after asking which relay it connects to. It is an untrusted pane: what the remote program prints cannot reach your clipboard, answer terminal queries or reach the AI.
- Settings → Sharing keeps the relay URL, the viewer page's address and the relay token (in the system keyring), with a link to install the relay.
- A saved SSH session's right-click menu has Copy SSH command (
ssh -p <port> [-i <key>] user@host). - In DEV mode the bar under a terminal names its folder first, with an icon, then its git branch, and the tab column's menu offers Close tabs below. The More menu has icons.

PlexusTerm 0.2.13
PlexusTerm 0.2.13 opens what AI tools point to: Ctrl+click a file or a link in a terminal, and the Explorer keeps up with the files they create.
New
- Links in a terminal open with Ctrl+click (Cmd+click on macOS); a plain click still selects text. Web addresses open in your browser, and hyperlinks that programs print with a hidden address (OSC 8) open too.
- In a local terminal, file paths and file names it prints (
docs/PRD.md,./src/app.ts:42,~/notes/todo.txt,README.md…) are underlined when the file exists. Ctrl+click opens the file in the file viewer, where it can be edited, and shows it in the Explorer, selected, with its folders opened. Relative paths are read from the folder of the program running in the terminal. - The Explorer lists its folders again by itself while the terminal prints and when its prompt comes back, so files an AI tool creates or deletes show up without Refresh.
- In DEV mode the Explorer always shows its folder as a root, with its name, its git dot and its menu, even before other folders are added.

PlexusTerm 0.2.12
PlexusTerm 0.2.12 keeps DEV mode in step with the AI tool running in it: its icon, its git branch and worktree, and the workspaces you opened last.
New
- Open recent (the clock button of DEV mode's Explorer, before named Recent folders) also lists the workspace files you opened or saved last, above the recent folders; choosing one opens it again.
- While an AI tool runs in DEV mode, the branch under the terminal follows it at once: a branch it switches or a git worktree it moves to shows within a couple of seconds (on Windows, worktrees are not followed).
- The main folder of a workspace can be removed from it too; the first added folder takes its place.
Fixes
- The root folders of a workspace now work like the folders under them: the same right-click menu, dragging onto a terminal and middle click.
- DEV mode shows the icon of Claude Code and the other known tools even when they are left out of Settings → Terminal → Commands that turn DEV mode on, and when the tool was already running before DEV mode was turned on.

PlexusTerm 0.2.11
PlexusTerm 0.2.11 shows the light and dark images of a Markdown file's <picture>, such as the logos at the top of many READMEs.
Fixes
- A
<picture>in a Markdown file, often used for a logo in light and dark versions, showed a broken image; it now shows the image of its first source that matches the theme.

PlexusTerm 0.2.10
PlexusTerm 0.2.10 lets you drag tabs to put them in the order you want.
New
- Reorder tabs by dragging. Drag a tab along the tab bar, or up and down DEV mode's column, to put it in another place; a line shows where it lands. A tab that lists several terminals in the column moves with all of them.

PlexusTerm 0.2.9
PlexusTerm 0.2.9 shows images in Markdown previews, names each terminal's folder in DEV mode and lets you choose how many recent DEV folders to keep.
New
- Images in Markdown previews. The file viewer now shows a Markdown file's images: its own (relative to its folder, from your computer or the SSH server) and web images over
https:. - The terminal's folder in DEV mode. The bar under each terminal shows, at its right end, the name of the folder the terminal is in (hover it for the whole path), so you can tell apart the terminals of a tab running an AI tool. Settings → Terminal turns it off.
Changes
- The terminal line height is 1.0 by default, and Settings warns that a taller one can blur the text with GPU acceleration; a height you chose before is kept.
- Settings → Terminal → Recent DEV mode folders to remember chooses how many folders the Explorer's Recent folders lists, from 1 to 50 (10 by default).
- DEV mode's column now shows OpenCode's own icon.
Fixes
- A DEV tab turned on by hand while an AI tool was already running showed a terminal icon instead of the tool's; it now shows the tool's icon at once.
- The button that folds DEV mode's tab column sits at the right end of the toolbar, next to Settings, instead of in the middle.
Install
Download the file for your system from Assets below. Install it the same way as 0.1.0, replacing 0.1.0 with 0.2.9 in the file names. Verify downloads with sha256sum -c checksums.txt. On Windows, SmartScreen warns because the installer is not signed: choose More info → Run anyway.

PlexusTerm 0.2.8
PlexusTerm 0.2.8 brings back the last folders you worked in with DEV mode and lets you fold DEV mode's tab column, as the sidebar.
New
- Recent folders. In DEV mode the Explorer's toolbar has a Recent folders button (the clock icon) that lists the last 10 local folders DEV mode was used in; choose one to open a new terminal there, already in DEV mode, ready to start your AI tool. The list survives restarts and is shared by every window.
- Fold the DEV tab column. A button next to Settings folds the column at the right to its icons, each with its tab's title as tooltip, and opens it again. Settings → Appearance can hide it completely when folded and choose how it opens with PlexusTerm: as you left it, open or folded.
- New shortcuts. Settings → Shortcuts adds Toggle DEV tab column and Recent DEV mode folders, with no combination by default.
Changes
- When the sidebar is too narrow, the icons of the file lists' toolbar go to a second row instead of being cut off.
Install
Download the file for your system from Assets below. Install it the same way as 0.1.0, replacing 0.1.0 with 0.2.8 in the file names. Verify downloads with sha256sum -c checksums.txt. On Windows, SmartScreen warns because the installer is not signed: choose More info → Run anyway.

PlexusTerm 0.2.7
PlexusTerm 0.2.7 adds a status bar to the file viewer, to read and save files in another encoding, convert line endings and pick the language, and focuses DEV mode on one terminal of a split tab.
New
- File viewer status bar. The bar under the text shows the file's encoding, line endings and language, as in VS Code; click one to choose another from a list.
- Encoding: Reopen with encoding reads the file again with another one (Windows 1252, ISO 8859-15, Shift JIS, GBK and more) and Save with encoding writes it in that encoding from now on. UTF-8 with BOM and UTF-16 files now open, and saving keeps their BOM. A save that would lose characters the encoding cannot hold is refused and the file stays as it was. Local files and SFTP alike.
- LF / CRLF converts every line break, saved like any edit.
- Language highlights the text as another language, or as plain text; type to filter the list.
- DEV mode on one terminal of a split tab. Its DEV option shows only that terminal; the tab's other terminals keep running out of sight and come back, split as they were, when DEV mode is turned off. The column at the right lists the tab's terminals, the one on screen marked; click another to show it, or × to close it.
Changes
- In a split tab, a terminal with another terminal below it shows only the DEV option, without the bar; the bar of the one below shows the branch.
Install
Download the file for your system from Assets below. Install it the same way as 0.1.0, replacing 0.1.0 with 0.2.7 in the file names. Verify downloads with sha256sum -c checksums.txt. On Windows, SmartScreen warns because the installer is not signed: choose More info → Run anyway.

PlexusTerm 0.2.6
PlexusTerm 0.2.6 lets you choose where the file viewer opens and how big its text is, and keeps the top of the Explorer in place while its list scrolls.
New
- Choose where the file viewer opens. Settings → Files → Open the file viewer: at the left of the terminal (the default, as before), at its right or below it.
- File viewer text size. Settings → Appearance → File viewer text size, from 10 to 24 (13 by default), sets the size of a file's text in the viewer, code and Markdown, apart from the rest of the interface.
Fixes
- The top of the Explorer stays in place. While you scroll through folders and files, the sidebar tabs, the path bar, the actions and Follow terminal folder no longer scroll away: only the list moves.
