Merged 72 upstream commits through 2044a01f, with the fork preservation gate completed before committing.

• Updated Codex/Claude/Gemini/Antigravity protocol handling, apply_patch compatibility, streaming completion and usage reporting, model metadata, and transport behavior.
• Integrated client/upstream configuration migration and atomic auth refresh/registration guards while preserving fork persistence and selection policies.
• Preserved Qoder/Qoder CN, Codex private instructions and plan metadata, xAI/Codex failure policies, monitoring/quota routes, model-context overrides, and the single data root.
• Verified that legacy panel repository configuration acquires the fork management UI and that the API serves the cached artifact correctly. Excluded upstream sponsor content and conflicting fork rewrites.

Validation: go test ./..., required server build, management/provider/private-instructions regression checks, targeted auth race tests, and two independent read-only preservation audits passed.

Review scope: 337 paths (241 retain, 84 combine, 12 exclude); final content diff: 323 files, +36,846/−2,180 lines. No unproven preservation areas remain.

Container: ghcr.io/josephcy95/cli-proxy-api:v7.2.175 and :latest are published by the tag-triggered Docker workflow. Linux amd64/arm64 archives are built by the release workflow.
