Retire the discontinued ChatGPT Excel backend and its model aliases.

• Remove Excel execution, model discovery, credential-selection hooks, configuration types, and feature-only tests.
• Clean retired legacy and canonical Excel configuration during migration/save while preserving client keys and other provider settings.
• Keep ordinary Codex execution, private instructions, failure policies, Qoder providers, monitoring, and the fork management panel.

Companion management UI: v1.25.4. Docker: ghcr.io/josephcy95/cli-proxy-api:v7.2.179 and latest.

Validation: full Go test suite and server build; configuration, catalog, and retired-request regressions; independent staged audit and source-binary smoke check. Retired model requests return HTTP 400 model_not_found.

Published artifacts verified: Linux amd64 and arm64 archive checksums; amd64 release binary and GHCR image binary smoke checks, including preserved Qoder/Qoder CN catalogs and exact companion panel acquisition/serving. Docker version and latest tags share one digest.

Includes the upstream sync and repairs release catalog refresh so Qoder and Qoder CN retain their embedded fallback models. Supersedes v7.2.177.

• Updates Claude prompt caching and tool continuations, Codex citations/tool schemas, Gemini document/schema handling, Antigravity signatures/entitlements, and websocket disconnect handling.
• Fixes streaming delivery accounting, truncated-stream errors, and clean EOF completion; adds model detail lookup and configurable catalog sources.
• Integrates auth mutation and reload coordination while keeping immediate cooldown selection, persisted runtime metadata, failure policies, and the existing public SDK interface.
• Preserves Qoder/Qoder CN, CommandCode, Excel models, Codex private instructions, usage monitoring, model-context overrides, single data root, and fork management assets. Excludes upstream promotion, warning-throttle removal, and unnecessary replay batching rewrites.

Explicit payload rules now remain authoritative at final serialization instead of being overwritten by provider defaults.

Validation: full Go tests, protected regression pins, targeted race checks, formatting, and server build passed. Two independent read-only staged audits approved 210 paths (127 retain, 70 combine, 13 exclude). The server acquired and served the fork CPAMC++ management asset from an empty cache with legacy upstream repository migration verified.

Merged 72 upstream commits through 2044a01f, with the fork preservation gate completed before committing.

• Updated Codex/Claude/Gemini/Antigravity protocol handling, apply_patch compatibility, streaming completion and usage reporting, model metadata, and transport behavior.
• Integrated client/upstream configuration migration and atomic auth refresh/registration guards while preserving fork persistence and selection policies.
• Preserved Qoder/Qoder CN, Codex private instructions and plan metadata, xAI/Codex failure policies, monitoring/quota routes, model-context overrides, and the single data root.
• Verified that legacy panel repository configuration acquires the fork management UI and that the API serves the cached artifact correctly. Excluded upstream sponsor content and conflicting fork rewrites.

Validation: go test ./..., required server build, management/provider/private-instructions regression checks, targeted auth race tests, and two independent read-only preservation audits passed.

Review scope: 337 paths (241 retain, 84 combine, 12 exclude); final content diff: 323 files, +36,846/−2,180 lines. No unproven preservation areas remain.
