Directories in a REPO

How to work with directories in GitHub

For a directory, you have to treat it just like a file by doing a git add [foldername]

Note: GitHub will IGNORE and not PUSH and empty directory in a repo.

How to track and push an empty REPO dir: Create a file called .gitkeep in that directory. Then it will always track the directory even if it's empty.
