拾音 3.4.0：Gemini 與更多整理工具

• 整理工具可以選 Gemini API，填 API key 就能用
• 整理工具可以選 OpenAI 相容 API：填網址就能接 Groq、OpenRouter，或本機的 Ollama、LM Studio（本機服務不用 key，內容不會離開電腦）
• 模型不支援指定格式時，OpenAI 相容 API 會自動改用一般的 JSON 模式
• 設定頁的隱私說明會寫出會議內容送到哪一台主機
• API 帳戶沒有額度時，會說明要到服務的網站加值，不再顯示「請稍後再試」

• New summarizer: Gemini API. Just enter an API key
• New summarizer: OpenAI-compatible API. Enter a URL to use Groq, OpenRouter, or Ollama and LM Studio on your Mac (no key needed locally, and nothing leaves your computer)
• If a model can't follow a JSON schema, the OpenAI-compatible API falls back to plain JSON mode
• The privacy note in Settings shows which host your meeting content is sent to
• When an API account has no credits, Shiyin tells you to add credits instead of "try again later"
