agent-progress 1.2.3
Agent-progress 1.2.3 fixes progress isolation for manifest-free projects nested under a declared product.
- The child's own connection or Git root prevents its session plan from being projected onto an ancestor product. A declaration at the child's root still takes precedence.
- Native hooks retain a small passive-root marker so an older child session stays separate after connection removal. Concurrent first hooks share that verified marker without losing events.
- Already saved product progress is preserved. If you ran 1.2.2 in a nested arrangement, inspect the ancestor's recorded task evidence before relying on its completion state; no automatic rollback is performed.
Validation: 131 Rust tests, fmt/Clippy, release-binary tmux/PTY and presentation scenarios, exact archive installation/removal and byte-identical repackaging. Native Claude Code 2.1.284 and OpenCode 1.18.30 plans/resume passed in manifest-free private fixtures using the hotfix source. Codex frontend transport and project isolation were covered by deterministic fixtures; an authenticated Codex interactive session was not rerun for this patch.
Unsigned macOS arm64 package; Apple Developer signing/notarization and other platforms remain outside the verified scope.
Known issue: brief concurrent connection setup/removal may return
"connection settings are busy" on 1.2.3. This is fixed by a bounded retry in 1.2.4:
