This is a pre-release for testing. The Helm repository publishes no chart for it — install from source:

Upgrading

This release adds CRD fields (spec.secret on pipelines, spec.topologySpreadConstraints on aggregators, plus new status fields). Helm does not upgrade CRDs — apply them yourself, see Upgrading:

Until you do, spec.secret is rejected by the API server and the new status fields are silently dropped. Existing pipelines keep working; no operator restart is needed.

Behavior change: configcheck timeout

--configcheck-timeout (default 5m) is now a budget for the whole check. It used to be an inactivity timer that restarted on every pod event, so a check that kept producing events could run far longer than the configured value. If your clusters legitimately need more than 5 minutes to validate a config, raise the flag before upgrading.
