spar-v0.10.2

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Jun 07:49

Changed

  • Spar now depends on @acp-kit/core@^0.10.2 to pick up the local filesystem host's fail-closed handling of symlinks whose real path cannot be resolved.

Added

  • Added optional real-agent smoke tests gated by SPAR_REAL_AGENT_E2E=1 (packages/author-reviewer-loop/test/e2e-real-agent-smoke.test.ts). They drive the real Spar CLI against real ACP agents (configurable via SPAR_REAL_AGENT_E2E_AGENTS) and are skipped by default so the fast fake-ACP suite is unaffected. See CONTRIBUTING.md.

core-v0.10.2

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 Jun 07:48

Fixed

  • @acp-kit/core local filesystem host (createLocalFileSystemHost) now fails closed when a symlink's real path cannot be resolved. On platforms where realpath throws an opaque error (for example Windows UNKNOWN) instead of resolving a symlink that points outside the sandbox, the host rejects the path as a sandbox escape rather than re-throwing the raw filesystem error. In-root symlinks that resolve normally, and followSymlinksOutsideRoot: true, are unaffected.

Changed

  • The repository release workflow is now per-package. core-vX.Y.Z publishes only @acp-kit/core and spar-vX.Y.Z publishes only @acp-kit/spar; each package versions and publishes independently. The workflow verifies the tag against the matching package, refuses a spar release whose @acp-kit/core dependency baseline is not yet on npm, and is idempotent on re-runs (skipping publish when the same version was already published from the same commit). This replaces the previous coupled vX.Y.Z tag that published both packages together and could red-light a single-package change.

v0.10.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 May 16:43

Changed

  • Repository release version advanced to 0.10.1 for the matching @acp-kit/spar patch release. Core package behavior is unchanged in this release; Spar-specific notes are documented in packages/author-reviewer-loop/CHANGELOG.md.

v0.10.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 08 May 15:59

Added

  • @acp-kit/core session turn managers now expose refreshNow() for callers that need to rotate a role session immediately before the next turn.

Fixed

  • @acp-kit/core local terminal host now runs shell command strings when ACP agents omit args, matching Claude Code ACP terminal requests and avoiding false Interrupted by the user tool results. Spawn failures now report exit code 127 with an error message instead of an ambiguous missing exit status.
  • @acp-kit/core now keeps a prompt turn open briefly after tool-bearing ACP prompts resolve, and waits for still-running tools before emitting turn.completed, preventing adapters with late tool continuation updates from being cut off early.
  • @acp-kit/core session cleanup now treats ACP session/close method-not-found responses as unsupported optional capability and falls back to local disposal instead of failing cleanup.

v0.9.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 03 May 19:50

Added

  • @acp-kit/core now exposes reusable helpers for ACP session recovery, real-workspace agent policies, and session turn-budget rotation so long-running ACP applications can share the same recovery and workspace-safety behavior used by Spar.

v0.8.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 03 May 15:21

Changed

  • Repository release version advanced to 0.8.1 for the matching @acp-kit/spar patch release. Core package behavior is unchanged in this release; Spar-specific notes are documented in packages/author-reviewer-loop/CHANGELOG.md.

v0.8.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 May 14:49

Changed

  • Repository release version advanced to 0.8.0 for the matching @acp-kit/spar minor release. Core package behavior is unchanged in this release; Spar-specific notes are documented in packages/author-reviewer-loop/CHANGELOG.md.

v0.7.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 May 05:52

Changed

  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar now applies real-workspace defaults through one Spar adapter for Codex and Claude Code. Codex keeps the full-access/no-approval launch flags, while Claude Code runs with IS_SANDBOX=1 and is switched to bypassPermissions before the first AUTHOR turn so edits land on the shared workspace disk instead of an agent-local review layer.

Fixed

  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar fixes globally installed spar --version and spar -v, and help now displays the installed spar command name.

v0.7.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 01 May 21:41

Added

  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar adds --quality prod|dev and SPAR_QUALITY, keeping the existing production-grade adversarial prompt as prod while offering a lighter dev prompt that follows the default code-agent workflow.
  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar now records one Spar session lifecycle per invocation, persists run recovery checkpoints separately, and resumes interrupted author/reviewer/approval steps when the saved ACP role sessions are still available.
  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar adds deterministic process-level E2E coverage for Codex launch behavior, proving the real CLI starts codex-acp with real-workspace defaults and that the reviewer sees author disk writes.

Changed

  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar launches Codex with sandbox_mode="danger-full-access" and approval_policy="never" so AUTHOR writes land in the real workspace shared with REVIEWER instead of a temporary sandbox write layer.
  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar renames local diagnostic traces from ambiguous session traces to run traces under ~/.acp-kit/spar/run-traces.

Fixed

  • @acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar preserves streamed word chunks by default when agents split text or reasoning deltas mid-word, while still respecting explicit whitespace and punctuation boundaries.

v0.6.17

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 01 May 19:01

Fixed

  • Spar fixes a TUI crash when opening trace, tool-call, task, or error detail screens with wrapping enabled. Detail row rendering no longer references React view state from an outer helper default parameter, and regression tests now cover the helper boundary, long-token wrapping, and tool-output size summaries.
