@acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar now applies real-workspace defaults through one Spar adapter for Codex and Claude Code. Codex keeps the full-access/no-approval launch flags, while Claude Code runs with IS_SANDBOX=1 and is switched to bypassPermissions before the first AUTHOR turn so edits land on the shared workspace disk instead of an agent-local review layer.

@acp-kit/author-reviewer-loop / @acp-kit/spar fixes globally installed spar --version and spar -v, and help now displays the installed spar command name.
