Switch v1.001.000

Updated to ProsperoEden v1.001.000, retaining the existing Switch interface.

Changes

  • Integrated upstream CPU timing, graphics-memory, ASTC texture, microphone, logging and controller fixes.
  • Updated the PS5 OpenGL SDK to 1.0.2.
  • Added global and per-game ASTC texture quality settings.
  • Added per-game RNG seed settings.
  • Fixed navigation at the ends of Video and Performance lists.
  • Fixed HOME focus after removing software and library refreshes during closing menus.

Preserved

The existing layout, tile sizes, animations, sounds, icons, profiles and shortcuts remain intact. The new upstream launcher and theme engine are excluded.

The Eden emulator engine has not been modified. This release integrates the updated upstream PS5 backend.

Switch retains PPSA99009 and can run standalone or alongside ProsperoEden. It uses the established /data/prosperoeden folder, preserving existing games, settings, profiles and saves.

SwitchPS5 1.000.110

SwitchPS5 · v1.000.110

Switch-style UI release based on ProsperoEden v1.000.110. The app appears as Switch with changed title ID PPSA99009. It can be installed standalone or alongside the original ProsperoEden app. Both use the existing /data/prosperoeden folder, so your games, settings, keys, firmware, and saves do not need to be moved when switching between them.

Updates

This custom build does not auto-update. Its stock update check is disabled in headless/update_notice.cpp, so an upstream catalog update cannot overwrite the custom UI. A newer ProsperoEden version must be merged and tested with these changes, released under the matching upstream version tag, and installed manually by replacing /data/homebrew/PPSA99009/. Keep /data/prosperoeden intact.
