Backporting release

Don't mention the version number. Do not. This is a release that aims to backport some of the new features in an upcoming project.

features:

• introduce new setup from achunt

  appears on first-load of the world, much more intuitive then commands

• add show_scoreboard and show_score_actionbar options

technical:

• bump version number

  stop posting about 727, i'm tired of seeing it

• use more conventional name scheme
• remove "5 minute" hardcoded text in start message
