Doom Runner Plus 1.0 - Steam Deck-ready release.

Highlights:

  • Steam Deck detection + automatic gamescope wrapping (fixes invisible engine windows in game mode)
  • engine auto-detect for installed Doom source ports (incl. ports without 'doom' in the name)
  • threaded downloads and unpacking so the UI stays responsive
  • 'Download 4 at a time' option; download folders validated for writability
  • Cacowards: persisted settings, collapsed tree on import, remembered expansion
  • green 'Plus' app icon
