  preserving command arguments after -- and committing member changes by default.

• Package configured license files in gem release file lists.
• kettle-family release --publish now fails instead of skipping when the
  selected member version is already published but local HEAD is not the
  matching release tag, preventing unreleased commits from being hidden by an
  already-published version number.
