v1.3.1 — Exclude emulators from Android games

• The Android games scan no longer lists emulators/launchers (Dolphin, DuckStation, RetroArch, PPSSPP, Citra, Yuzu/Eden, Redream, Steam Link, GameNative, etc.). They're categorised as games by Android, so the v1.3.0 scan was picking them up. Re-running the scan also removes any that were previously added.
