V.0.8.2

Choose a tag to compare

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 06 Oct 14:22
7c61019

Added frame generation. It performs best on NVIDIA GPUs; results on other GPUs may be less effective.
Added an aim line and crosshair, enabled by default.
During weapon position calibration, the aim line and crosshair are now forced on to make it easier to determine the weapon's orientation.
Added a cache reclamation mechanism, greatly increasing available memory and improving the speed at which memory is reclaimed.
Fixed bullet trajectories not aligning with the muzzle. Some individual weapon mods may still have alignment issues.
Fixed an issue where ladders could not be climbed while looking straight ahead.
Fixed an issue where the native reload could trigger during manual reloading and prevent the reload from completing.
Two-handed weapon gripping no longer requires manual reload to be enabled.
Fixed shadow and water reflection issues under multi-core rendering.
VR hands, manual reload, object pull, manual throwing, and the X crosshair are now enabled by default.

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 13 Aug 13:14

Unlocked the DC limit and forced the maximum value to 2048 MB.

Unlocked the index_buffer_size limit and forced it to 65535.

Fixed the first-person body not following the HMD.

Fixed arm IK distortion issues.

Fixed the reset settings function not working.

V.0.8.0

Choose a tag to compare

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 12 Aug 01:47

Added arm IK and world model IK. VR players can now see each other’s body and hand movements.
By default, arm rendering is enabled and VR gloves are disabled. If you do not want to see the arms, enable crop native viewmodel Arms enabled.
Added an option to keep the HUD always hidden, so it will no longer be triggered by any action.
Added Separate Grab / Reload Input. When enabled, Grip is only used to enter two-handed weapon mode, while reload grabbing can be performed with the trigger. The trigger must be bound to Reload, Crouch, Jump, or SecondaryAttack.
Added the console command vrconfig to open the configuration panel. You can also press F8 directly. The configuration panel has been simplified, with new advanced settings and a reset configuration option.
Integrated DXVK asynchronous Pipeline / Shader support, greatly reducing stutters caused by shader compilation. A low-latency synchronization mode has also been integrated to reduce input latency.
Added full ReShade support. The ReShade with add-on version is required. Some depth-based filters may have a large FPS impact and should be used together with multi-core rendering.
Fixed a potential crash issue with object pull.
Improved multi-core rendering behavior on some VR headsets. If multi-core rendering previously caused visual issues for you, you can try enabling it again.

V.0.7.9

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 29 Jul 05:11

Added manual throwing. Throwables, cola bottles, and other map items can enter throwing mode by pressing the trigger. Release the trigger to throw based on the controller's swing strength and direction.
Added Use + Trigger throwing. This allows weapons, throwables, and consumables to be thrown out. Throwables will not be activated when thrown this way.
Added object pull. Aim at an item within range, and when its outline lights up, hold Grip and pull backward to pull it toward you. Keep holding Grip or press Grip again to grab it into your hand.
Added first-person body rendering for a more immersive experience.
During manual reload, one round will now be retained when inserting a new magazine, so pulling the bolt is not required. This only takes effect when automatic reload suppression is enabled.
Fixed movement not feeling smooth and turning having latency under multi-core rendering.
Fixed an issue where shotguns could still reload automatically.
Fixed melee weapons and pistols not supporting two-handed grip.
Added weapon vertical angle adjustment to fix abnormal default angles on some controllers.
Optimized the configuration panel.

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 17 Jul 17:11

Added automatic offset calibration for mod weapons. Manual adjustment is still retained.
Improved left-handed mode. Currently only supported when VR gloves are enabled.
Fixed an issue where shotgun firing sounds and pump-action sounds were missing on some devices.
Added a new binding action: ShowHUD. When the HUD is hidden, holding this action will show the HUD. Also fixed accidental HUD triggering while using two-handed weapons.
Optimized scrolling and selection state behavior in the configuration panel.
Further optimized multi-core rendering performance for higher FPS, and fixed freezes when switching to throwables, as well as water reflection and shadow issues.

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 03 Jul 22:11

Added two-handed weapon support. After enabling VR hands, use your off-hand to grab the original support-hand position on the weapon to activate it. Grab again to release
Further optimized multi-core rendering performance, providing a major FPS improvement
Added dedicated server VR support.

V.0.7.6

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 26 Jun 08:12

VR hands now use in-game models. SteamVR built-in gloves are only used when VR gloves are enabled
Added mod weapon support for manual reload. You need to calibrate the magazine and bolt positions in the VR config panel first. During calibration, the weapon may be blocked by the panel, so you may need to adjust its position manually
Manual reload grabbing is now based on finger curl detection instead of being bound to a button
After grabbing a spare magazine, it will automatically snap into the hand. However, magazines from mod weapons may have positional offsets. Separate adjustment parameters will be added later
Shotguns can now set the manual shell loading amount per action
Each motion gesture action can now be disabled individually

V.0.7.5

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 13 Jun 04:10

Added VR hands, which will replace the original in-game arms. Currently only supported under the SteamVR runtime. Custom model paths will be supported in the next version
Added manual reload support, allowing the VR off-hand to grab magazines and pull the bolt. Currently only supports official weapons. Mod weapon support is under development
Fixed an issue where item selection, interaction, and similar actions required using the HMD when hosting a local game
Added a toggle for motion gesture actions
Added a VR-specific graphics settings toggle. It is disabled by default, and enabling it may reduce some visual stuttering issues

V.0.7.3

@keyou91 keyou91 released this 02 Jun 00:39

When enabling multicore rendering, shadow optimization will also be enabled.
Desktop mirroring can cause shadow anomalies; if mirroring is not needed, you can disable shadow optimization.
Under single-core rendering, hiding the original game HUD can save about 0.5–1.5 ms of CPU frame time and improve FPS. It is recommended to use the dedicated HUD in the VR config instead, as it has almost no frame-time cost
When the server supports VR, 1:1 room-scale movement now uses instant movement instead of simulating character walking
Added a new SteamVR binding action: Teleport. When the server supports VR, you can move by teleporting, similar to the movement system used in many VR games
