plotspec

Plotspec is a python library for analyzing 1D and 2D spectra for spatially resolved extended objects (ie. nebulae) outputted by the IGRINS Pipeline (PLP) https://github.com/igrins/plp/wiki. Plotspec includes the built in ability to build datacubes from slit scans of extended objects.

This code is actively being developed so please send all questions and bug reports to kyle.kaplan@austin.utexas.edu. If you would like to contribute to the development of this code, let me know and I will add you as a collaborator to the github repository.
