v1.0.2

Three pictures to a row on the home page. Vane 1.0.1 laid the pictures of the home page gallery two to a row, so a gallery of three left the last one alone under the first. A gallery of three, six or nine now lies three to a row on a screen at least 1100 pixels wide; other counts, and narrower screens, look as before.

Install vane-1.0.2.zip under Settings → Theme in Kite's studio, run kite theme add vane-1.0.2.zip, or unzip it into a site's themes folder. Vane asks for Kite 0.1.4 or later.

v1.0.1

A fix for sites that keep their header links in Kite's site menu. Vane 1.0.0 drew the header's links, the drawer's links and the menu button only when the theme's Header links setting was filled in, so a site that wrote its menu under Settings → Menus and left that setting empty showed no links at all. Either one now draws them; a site that uses the setting looks as before.

Install vane-1.0.1.zip under Settings → Theme in Kite's studio, run kite theme add vane-1.0.1.zip, or unzip it into a site's themes folder. Vane asks for Kite 0.1.4 or later.

Full Changelog: v1.0.0...v1.0.1

v1.0.0

Vane 1.0, written to Kite's theme contract kite/v1, which Kite 0.1.4 froze. The header, and the drawer on a phone, now draw the site's main menu, which Kite keeps in kite.yaml and the studio edits under Settings → Menus; until a site writes one, the header links under Navigation stay. A post that gives no date no longer shows January 1 of the year 1.

Install vane-1.0.0.zip under Settings → Theme in Kite's studio, run kite theme add vane-1.0.0.zip, or unzip it into a site's themes folder. Vane 1.0 asks for Kite 0.1.4 or later.

Full Changelog: v0.2.0...v1.0.0

v0.2.0

Vane drawn on paper in ink: a home page with a kite in its sky, docs in an ordered tree with a table of contents, and news, by day and by night. Every section of the home page is set in the studio.

Install vane-0.2.0.zip under Settings → Theme in Kite's studio, or unzip it into a site's themes folder. Vane asks for Kite 0.1 or later.

Full Changelog: v0.1.0...v0.2.0

v0.1.0

Vane's first version, drawn in black, white and hairlines: a home page, docs in an ordered tree with a table of contents, and news, in light and dark.

Install vane-0.1.0.zip under Settings → Theme in Kite's studio, or unzip it into a site's themes folder. Vane asks for Kite 0.1 or later.
