A fix for sites that keep their header links in Kite's site menu. Vane 1.0.0 drew the header's links, the drawer's links and the menu button only when the theme's Header links setting was filled in, so a site that wrote its menu under Settings → Menus and left that setting empty showed no links at all. Either one now draws them; a site that uses the setting looks as before.

Install vane-1.0.1.zip under Settings → Theme in Kite's studio, run kite theme add vane-1.0.1.zip, or unzip it into a site's themes folder. Vane asks for Kite 0.1.4 or later.
