Patch release.

Fixed

Modem dial-up recordings now play. The real US/Europe dial-up recordings stayed silent in the packaged app — only the synthesized fallback was audible. They now play correctly (the audio is routed through the Web Audio API, bypassing a Chromium media-pipeline limitation with the app's custom asset scheme).

Everything from 1.7.0 (Camino 2.0 polish, Modem dial-up emulation, bookmark folders, settings layout) is included.
