Fix 68k.news bookmark: use http:// (site is HTTPS-cert-broken)

68k.news presents a TLS certificate that doesn't match its host
(ERR_TLS_CERT_ALTNAME_INVALID), so the https:// bookmark dead-ended on
Chromium's error page. It is effectively HTTP-only — point the global default
bookmark at http://68k.news/, which loads correctly. Bump to 1.8.1.
