Adds a real uninstall path. Since the app deliberately has no tray Exit
option (it needs to keep running to fire prayer-time reminders), there
was previously no discoverable way to stop it short of Task Manager and
manual registry cleanup.

MuslimDesk now registers itself in Settings → Apps → Installed apps
on first run, with a Start Menu and Desktop shortcut, and its Uninstall
action there properly removes the auto-start registry entry, the Apps &
Features entry, and both shortcuts.

Grab MuslimDesk.exe below — a single portable file, no installer or Python required. Just download and run it.

Windows SmartScreen may show an "unrecognized publisher" warning since this build isn't code-signed — click More info → Run anyway (or right-click the downloaded file → Properties → check "Unblock" before running, to skip the prompt entirely).

Requirements

Windows 10/11, 64-bit. No other dependencies.
