PatchDL 0.2.1

• When a download can't start, the game card says why, for example that the server couldn't be found or answered with an error.
• A Details link next to it checks the connection to Sony's servers for that game and shows the result, plus a report you can copy into a GitHub issue. On the PS5 a QR code opens the same report on your phone.
• Apps that are signed by Sony but were installed outside the Store are marked as sideloaded, and their updates start switched off, so Update all leaves them alone. Thanks to @yaredcf for pointing this out in #11.

Tested on 11.60.

Send patchdl_0.2.1.elf to your PS5 with your ELF loader and open the address from the notification.
