PatchDL 0.3.0

• Every game card has an Other versions button. It lists the patches Prospero Patches (PS5) or Orbis Patches (PS4) know for the game, with size and required firmware. You can pick any version newer than the installed one that runs on your console, and PatchDL downloads it from Sony. Thanks to @bigoroth for the request in #15.
• PatchDL no longer relies on a single DNS server. If DNS is blocked or filtered, it falls back to encrypted DNS and then to addresses that worked before. The console's DNS settings stay untouched.
• A stalled download is retried with a pause in between, up to eight times per piece, and moves to another server if one stops responding.
• An interrupted piece continues where it stopped instead of starting over, also after a pause or a restart of PatchDL.
• Update all works with more than 16 games.
• The interface is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Russian. If you speak Japanese, Chinese, Korean or Russian and something reads wrong, please open an issue.
• Reworked game cards and larger text.
• PS4 links with a single piece are accepted, and the search for an older-firmware patch looks through the whole patch history.

Send patchdl_0.3.0.elf to your PS5 with your ELF loader and open the address from the notification.
