Nord Pool 15-minute MTU Support

• Prepares the system for the upcoming market change, allowing it to process and manage the new 15-minute interval data from Nord Pool. (#88)

This support is enabled for the core Nord Pool integration.
Support for the custom component integration is considered experimental.

• "Cheapest Hours" Calculation with Additional Costs (#89)

The "Cheapest Hours" feature now allows you to include additional costs (e.g., taxes, grid fees, or other surcharges) in its price calculations.

Bug Fixes

• Timezone Correction for "Cheapest Hours" when using official integration (#91)
