Bug-fix release for the OpenIPC / RunCam WiFiLink RX flashing GUI.

Changes since v0.1.2:

  • Shows the selected Maskrom loader in the confirmation dialog before flashing.
  • Allows full-image flashing to continue after a successful Maskrom loader load, even if rkdeveloptool ld still reports Maskrom.
  • Adds a configurable 2 second delay between consecutive rkdeveloptool commands to give the USB device time to settle.
  • Keeps the selected image source when using Flash full image, so local image files are no longer replaced by the configured GitHub image.
  • Improves tests for command sequencing and the flashing flow.

This v0.1.3 release was refreshed after the local-image source fix; release assets are overwritten by the automated macOS, Windows, and Linux workflows.
